Aufenthaltsgenehmigung copy of the applicant (Resident Permit)

The original document should be pre-attested by the competent authorities (Issued in India by GAD/Home Deptts of the concerned State/CPV Div, MEA and documents issued in Germany by the Chamber of Commerce or the Landgericht or as the case may be)

Attestation of the Power of Attorney (POA)

Power of Attorney document to be attested should be provided with Original + one photo copy

Two photographs (pasted one on the original and one on the copy)

Passport copy of the executant of the POA (who is signing the POA)
Aufenthaltsgenehmigung copy of the executants (Resident Permit)

APPLICANT SHOULD BE PRESENT IN PERSON AND SIGN THE POA before the Officer

Attestation of the Educational Documents (issued by Edu Instts. in India)

Educational Document (Certificate, Diploma, Degree, etc.) to be attested should be provided with Original + one photo copy

Attestation of the Educational Documents (issued by German Education Board)

Passport copy of the person whom the document belong to

Aufenthaltsgenehmigung ((Resident Permit) copy of the document holder or the one who actually submits it instead of the document holder

[The applicant requesting the Life Certificate must present himself/herself at the Counter and sign in front of the Consular Officer]

Requirements for attestation of the Life Certificate (for pensioners):-

Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport

Copy of Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.

Original and one photocopy of the Life Certificate in the Format prescribed by the concerned Bank/Institution to be signed before the Consular Officer of the Post

Issue of Certificates of bachelorhood to Indian National

If somebody gives an affidavit stating that he is a bachelor, the Consular Officer can merely authenticate his signature affixing stamp  “No responsibility of the content”

Requirements for attestation of Affidavit of bachelorhood:-

Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)

Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.

Copy of Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.

The original and a photocopy of the Affidavit  to be signed before the Consular Officer of the Post.

9.

Attestation of Will

[The applicant drawing up the Will is required to come to the Consulate personally. The applicant would be interviewed by the Vice Consul to ascertain if he/she has been influenced in any way or is in his/her senses when drawing the Will. If the applicant cannot come to the Consulate, for whatever reason, the Will is not attested. There is no relaxation to this rule.
