PRESS RELEASE

The Consulate General of India, Frankfurt on 11^th May 2019 organized an Indian cultural evening, “Indra Dhanush”. The evening was an extravaganza of Indian music and dance forms representing customs and traditions of different States of India.First
City Council Mr. Thomas Ebert was the Chief Guest at the event. The event was supported by Eschborn City authorities under the aegis of Mayor of Eschborn Mr. Mathias Geiger. The event started off with showcasing of Indian yoga in the form of dance. The programme entailed depiction of cultural festivals, traditional dance forms, folk dance, Indian music etc. The event was attended by close to 400 persons including members of diplomatic community, foreign expat, local German population and press as well as members of the Indian Diaspora.
